Beginning our time in paradise

-Touchdown in paradise! Arrive in Bali and get ready for a week of wellness and wonder. Meet up with our group, then enjoy a group transfer to our resort.

-Check in to our beautiful retreat space, then take some time to settle in and familiarize yourself with our home for the next six nights.

-Ease into our evening with a gentle restorative yoga class, melting away stress and tension.

-Elevate your energy and connect with your inner rhythm through a rejuvenating pranayama and ecstatic dance session.

-As the sun sets, indulge in a delicious dinner, savoring the flavors of Bali and the company of fellow retreatgoers.

Day 2 · October 7, 2025
Temple visit and reflective practice

-After breakfast, we’ll embark on a journey to visit a serene temple, immersing ourselves in the local culture and tranquil environment. Our time here is followed by a local lunch.

-We’ll return to our resort to find inner peace through meditation, journaling, and a gentle movement session, settling our minds and bodies after a day of discovery.

-Conclude your day with a nourishing dinner, reflecting on the day's experiences.

Day 3 · October 8, 2025
Movement, balance, and joy

-Begin the day with a transformative chakra balancing workshop. Balance your energy centers and find alignment.

-Then, have a tasty breakfast freshly prepared just for you.

-Spend your free time relaxing by the pool, exploring the local area, or indulging in a spa treatment. During this time, savor a nutritious lunch.

-Immerse yourself in a calming meditation practice under the glow of the full moon. Connect with the lunar energy to set your intentions and release what no longer serves you. Afterward, experience a gentle yoga flow designed to harmonize body and mind.

-Let loose and move your body with a fun and energetic dance break.

-Conclude your day with a satisfying dinner, sharing stories and laughter with newfound friends.

Day 4 · October 9, 2025
See the best of Bali

-Wake up and get moving with a morning routine of pranayama, meditation, and a dynamic vinyasa flow. Then, make sure to grab breakfast to energize you for the busy day ahead!

-Our adventures today begin with a visit to Pura Agung Gunung Raung Taro, the oldest temple in Bali, built by a holy hermit, Rsi Markandeya, in the 4th century. This spiritual site holds significant historical importance.

-Next, you’ll visit Mason Elephant Park, a beautiful sanctuary set in 3.5 hectares of tropical gardens and forest, home to the largest herd of elephants in Indonesia. You’ll have the chance to hand-feed the elephants and explore the surroundings.

-After the sanctuary, you’ll head into Taro Village for an authentic Tropical Trekking experience. This village trek offers a glimpse of traditional Balinese life, complete with stops at local Hindu villages, rice fields, and lush forests. The trek is a peaceful way to reconnect with nature and meet the friendly locals. You’ll finish your adventure with a delicious lunch with fresh, local ingredients.

-We will return to Bagus Jati and wind down with a gentle hip-opening yoga flow to release tension and promote flexibility. Then, connect with your inner self through a calming meditation and journaling session that encourages reflection on all of our experiences so far.

-Dinner alongside one another concludes our day.

Day 5 · October 10, 2025
Open your heart and mind

A calming pranayama and meditation begins our day, followed by a reflective dream journaling session. Breakfast is to follow.

-Deepen your connection to love and compassion with a transformative heart-opening workshop.

-Spend your free time relaxing by the pool, exploring the local area, or indulging in a spa treatment.

- Let loose and move your body with a joyful and liberating ecstatic dance session.

-Conclude with a satisfying dinner that completes our day of discovery.

Day 6 · October 11, 2025
Full hearts, full moon

-It’s our final full day in Bali, and we are making the most of our time together! Begin your day with a calming pranayama and meditation practice, followed by gentle stretches and reflective dream journaling.

-Enjoy a delicious and nutritious breakfast before rolling into our second movement session of the day, a grounding vinyasa flow focused on grounded balance. Lunch will follow to refuel.

-In our final stretch of free time here, indulge in the host of amenities and surroundings we have enjoyed at Bagus Jati.

-Enjoy a satisfying dinner before connecting with lunar energy and embracing the night with a transformative full moon workshop. We let go of the burdens of this cycle that do not serve us, leading us forward unburdened and with confidence.

Day 7 · October 12, 2025
Farewell, restored and renewed

-Wrap up your retreat with a serene yoga class focused on the elements of the moon, creating space for gratitude and reflection.

-Share stories, laughter, and hugs with your newfound friends over a delicious brunch.

-Check out of your accommodation and prepare for your journey home.

-Once our transfer arrives at the airport, our journey ends. May you carry the teachings you experienced and peace you have cultivated through this retreat along with you wherever you may land.

We will hold your spot as soon as you put down your deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your trip, we will be unable to refund your deposit.

Refunds for balance payment
If you cancel your trip on or before Aug 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM local time (GMT +8), you will get a refund of the remaining balance. This may or may not include the deposit amount. See deposit refund section above.

If you cancel your trip from Aug 8, 2025 at 12:00 AM local time (GMT +8) onwards, no refunds will be issued.
